Thursday 5th – Sunday 8th December
Cathedral Quarter (visit website for opening times)
The famous Lincoln Christmas Market celebrates its 30th anniversary this year and takes place from Thursday 5th to Sunday 8th December in Lincoln’s Cathedral Quarter. Visitors to the market will be sure to soak up the festive atmosphere across this large market site, with more than 280 stalls nestled in and around Lincoln Castle, Cathedral, the Lawn complex and many other venues and streets along the way.
There is something for everyone, from unusual gifts to food and drink from near and far, not to mention a whole host of entertainment for all the family to enjoy.
Enjoy the scents of mulled wine and freshly cooked food, the sounds of entertainment, music and merriment and the sights of this market in this stunning, historic city.
There is no parking in the vicinity of the Christmas Market so all cars should use the dedicated Christmas Market Park and Ride service which operates from the on the Lincolnshire Showground, A15 just north of Lincoln. The park and ride site will be well sign posted on all approach roads and for those using satellite navigation, the postcode is LN2 2NA. There is also a dedicated service for people with disabilities, using specially adapted vehicles which also runs from the showground. All buses drop off close to the Museum of Lincolnshire Life.
